3) Out Of The Market - No real showings or no real offers
I hope you understand the situation. Nobody is interested in your property.

Conclusion : It doesn't matter if you are in a " No Man's Land" or " Out of the Market ". With right support you can be at "In the Market". If there is product market - fit - all it needs is marketing exposure and someone with the knowledge of the process to handle it.
